You may have guessed by Matt’s last name that he is related to Pastor Mike. Matt is Mike’s younger brother, who is also an ordained pastor who serves as Lead Pastor at The Bridge Community Church in Morrisville, NC. Matt is also on the Board of Directors for Open Arms Worldwide, a mission dedicated to the spiritual, moral, emotional, physical and social enrichment of children and youth who live in under-served or forgotten communities around the world. Matt and his wife, Cheri, have 4 children (Ethan, Caleb, Emma Kate, & Lucianna). Matt is passionate about our calling as Christians to be “ambassadors” for Christ (2 Cor. 5:14-21) and reaching through world through international missions.
