Thanksgiving Break is just around the corner, and what’s better than curling up with a great new book? Join us for our first Little Turkey Book Exchange on Saturday, November 19th, from 12pm to 3pm. Bring a book ( or two! ) to exchange for a fun new read just in time for Thanksgiving. We’ll also have drinks and snack bar goodies available for sale and all proceeds will go towards the Jacobs Road Elementary PTA!

What To Expect:

• Bring a book (or two!) to exchange. We’ll be set up in the Fellowship Hall with books organized into three sections: Picture Books, Easy Readers, and Chapter Books. This will make choosing a new appropriate selection easy and fun! We’ll have books available from preschool to middle school.

• Head over to our “PTA Cafe” and grab a beverage and a treat! Beverages for sale will include: coffee, hot chocolate, and bottled water. Snacks will include: various muffins, cupcakes, coffee cake, and breakfast bars. The Snack Bar will be Cash Only and all proceeds will go to the Jacobs Road PTA.

• Relax and hang out with friends! We’ll have a nice seating area set up so parents can enjoy their coffee and everyone can relax, hang out , and enjoy their new reads.
